The information gathered is used strictly for the purpose of processing your order and stored for record keeping only. Your information is processed securely via Stripe.
Returns & Exchanges
Love Angels Jewelry is handmade in our studio with great attention and care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your item(s):
Send an email to hello@loveangelsjewelry.com to request the return.
You will receive an email with the address to send your package.
Send your items with the original packing materials to us by an insured carrier like USPS, UPS, or Fedex, and retain the tracking number for your records. Please make sure you insure the package for the value of the contents, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
After your package is received, we will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).
Refund(s) will be issued within 7 business days, and will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
Custom-made special order jewelry cannot be returned.
The original Invoice must accompany the returned item and you must have received a Return Authorization email from us.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges
Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
